In this new house purchased in Cotswold, we transformed the outdated, dark kitchen into a bright modern industrial farmhouse kitchen the clients were dreaming about!
The newly remodeled kitchen features white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, with matte black hardware, lighting, and range hood. We also added new hardwood flooring to match the rest of the home. New recessed can lighting was also added to give the kitchen more light.

When this house was purchased, it had a multipurpose room (on the left) with several door openings that lacked privacy. Our team enlarged the opening from the kitchen into the new wine/coffee room, while closing off the door opening that now leads to the newly created owner’s suite. Hardwood flooring stained in Minwax dark walnut was also added to this room to match the rest of the home.

The bathroom is by far one of the most important remodeling projects homeowner’s want completed when they buy a new house. Pictured above this secondary bathroom was dated, dark, dirty, and lacked storage. Classic subway tile, a larger vanity with ample storage, and matte black accents transform the bathroom.
