Farm Creek In-Laws Suite Addition | Waxhaw
Our Clients needed a guest-in-law suite for their family to move into. We transformed the space into a modern farmhouse bedroom suite with cedar beams, barn doors, and a fabulous bathroom. The shower was designed and built for aging in place: complete with a zero entry shower. Black hexagon tiles adorn the floor with 12x24 marble tiles on the walls. We also remodeled the unfinished storage area into a laundry/butlers pantry with designer touches of gold and glass subway tile. New low e double hung windows were installed.

Our clients wanted to update their primary bathroom and make it look more modern and inviting. We installed beautiful 12x24 polished marble tile on the shower walls in a vertical design. Chrome rain head shower faucets and custom shampoo niches adorn the shower walls. The unique silver floor tile are installed in a herringbone pattern. The deep 6ft soaker tub completes the spa like feel of this fabulous bathroom remodel!
Whole House Renovation Lansdowne
Whole house renovation for this 1960"s ranch with a full basement. The stairs to the lower level were out of code, so we designed a new open concept stairway. The walls were opened up on the first floor to create a fully open concept living with a separate open office for working from home. The entire home had all new low e double hung windows installed, new front and rear entry doors, and a complete basement remodel done. A truly remarkable transformation!
